Fitness for 3 Peaks Challenge & Outdoor events

outdoor-fitness-pressupWhether you want to get fit outside the gym or are training to get fit for your next trail run, adventure race or mountain climb, we will help you achieve your oudoor fitness goals. Combine trail running, mountain biking, climbing, abseiling and then finish off with the army assault course to form your own adventure training session.

We can organise any type of sessions from 1 hour to multi day weekend training sessions.  You can utilise all our skills and we will combine them to provide you with the ultimate training experience.

 

Fitness Training for Challenges

If you have entered a challenge event either with ourselves or elsewhere we have all the resources to provide you with the ultimate training programme to ensure you achieve your goal. Uniquely we combine highly knowledgeable fitness personal trainers and strength and conditioning specialists in a gym setting with qualified and experienced outside training instructors, and so are able to provide a unique insight. We can provide you with a programme, a session, a pack of sessions or a day or weekend of training. We will adapt your session to achieve your goals whether it be to complete your first trail run, or win a mountain marathon!  

Our instructors are qualified Mountain Leaders and Personal Trainers combined with with vast experience completing such events themselves. We have trained hundreds of people for various challenges, so are able to provide you with exceptional knowledge of the physiological requirements, exercise programming , and technical skills required to perform in such events.
