Walking Socks (1 x pair per mountain)

Waterproof Top

Waterproof Trousers

Spare Warm Layer



Personal Surviva/emergencyl bag (these are orange or silver foil bags)

Head Torch with new batteries

Sweets and energy food

1.5-2 litres of water


Sun Cream

Dry Bag (This is a waterprood bag which goes inside your rucksack. It will keep your kit dry. This is very important as putting on wet kit to keep you warm is not ideal) 


Kit to be taken in a small holder or rucksack 

Sleeping Bag

Wash Kit

Travelling Clothes

Spare Walking Kit (socks, baselayers, trousers)



It is a good idea to travel in clothes that you will or could walk in. If it is very wet and you need spare clothes you can then use these!

Remember the more kit you take the less space in the bus! So take enough to be comforatable but not too much.
